We are all one (Message 3)

On 06.10.2016 I was resting after reading for hours. I got so relaxed that I started remembering things that I experienced last night as I was meditating, that I couldn't remember before. This time I can't tell for sure if I dreamed it or it was a real contact because I fall asleep and in my mind, it's all mixed.

I remember being in the company of a Feminine-Energy-Being which was answering my questions and teaching me things. The only thing I can clearly remember is that she explained to me (no with a voice, just putting the answers in my head, like always): We, all the living beings, are the same consciousness. We experience in every physical body, a sense of individuality. For example in this body I am using in this life, I feelI I am the only person I am, and I can't even imagine being someone else at the same time, and this happens to every single person, and it's just an illusion. This means, you, I and other 7 Million people in this world are the same, we just don't notice it.

I hope you understand what I meant. It's difficult to explain using words something wasn't explained to me using words. When it was explained to me, my reaction was to think "Oh, of course, no I get it". But it was impressive and a little scary to remember this at the next day.

I would really love to read your opinion on this.
